We are currently representing Al Jazeera Media Network in relation to the campaign mounted against it by the military government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including in the ICSID arbitration being brought pursuant to the Qatar-Egypt BIT. Al Jazeera is seeking compensation in excess of $150m.
